Dr. Lemuel Rodriguez, president of IPF, is the founder of The Promise International Christian Ministries and IES. Director of the social assistance programs which are carried out within The Promise Community Resource Center in the City of NY. The objective of said programs is to provide nourishment for the families within the community.    Dr. Rodriguez is a member of various councils and institutions both at a national and at an international level. He has been a member of The Neighborhood Housing Service at present time treasure and member of the finance committee of city wide (NHS) since 1997; Counselor of the Latin Committee of the congressperson in his district since 1998, and has been a member of the Human Rights Committee and the freedom of religion at the United Nations since 2000.    Dr. Rodriguez has been distinguished by various prestigious Universities with the title of Doctor Honorees and Cause: by Logos College, in the year 1995; Northfield University in the year 2003; Seton Hall University in New Jersey in the year 2003; and Cambridge University in 1976, in communications. Lumma cum Laude in N.F.U. F.C.U.   Lemuel Rodriguez was born on, in Santo Domingo, son of Ramón A. Corona Rodriguez and Rosa H. Rodriguez. Currently he is married to Christina Gomez of Rodriguez and has 8 beautiful grand children, father of Jessica, Miosotis, Leonard and Monaliza.    As a young man he relocated from his homeland to the city of New York where he continued his studies and graduated. His thesis,  "International Rights and Diplomacy international Relations.    in its Excellence" has enriched the theological bibliography as has his first book What time is it for man in God’s watch?, being truly complex and novel material. His other published works include: Crisis in the Universal Leadership; The Teacher, The Student and His Teachings; and Christians in Politics.    At an ecclesiastical level, he has collaborated in various national and foreign periodicals concerning issues relating to communications, culture, history and diplomacy. His growing presence in intellectual circles through conferences, periodical works and debates have only been paralleled by his progressive ascendance in the heart of the community, which has led him to occupy positions of great responsibility.    As an avid reader, Dr. Rodriguez has been recognized as one of the most outstanding scholars and professionals of his generation. He has gained prestige and is therefore indebted to his solid development, as well as to his natural gifts of exposition on various topics, with a solid domination of the English and Spanish languages.    Academically, Dr. Lemuel has found prominence as professor of Logos College as well as the Latin American Council of New York, with transcendental social, eschatological and prophetic theological teachings, as well as, in areas of social communications, human rights, historical press and international relations.    His political and personal trajectory has led Dr. Rodriguez to arrange himself as one of the best candidates that we could have in the end of times to occupy a position that would truly help those who are in need in this world due to his responsibilities with society and humanity.    Ever since assuming the responsibility of spiritual leader in his community as Pastor, a calling that could have only been given by the Almighty and sublime One, he has not stopped helping the poor and those who find themselves in need. It is for that reason that we should give this advocate a vote of confidence for his acts pro human rights, because we have a clear and precise reference to know that wherever we put him to develop an important task in our society he will work hard for the people.    His initiative in carrying out works of national and international aide through the International Parliament Foundation have taken him to participate in several sectors in many different countries such as, Argentina, Chile, El Salvador, Ecuador, Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, England, Frances, Germany, Israel, Greece, Angola Luanda, Turkey and others. Not only does he open the appetite of community leaders to better understand the commitment and the responsibility that is to be felt for their own community, he also does this with governments so that they may come to seek solutions for the principal challenges that the world faces today;    Challenges concerning malnourishment, health, education, and standard of living, and he does this for those who govern and who have been elected democratically so that they can tend to the people’s needs and create an agenda that is geared towards the future of the nations and geared towards those who elect said leader. This is important in that other nations will be interested in promoting new methods of democratic, social and economic participation that may benefit all.    Dr. Rodriguez continues to contribute unconditionally to the development of Dominican Republic. Recently, he has brought to his native country Korean and Hollandaise delegation that is interested in investing in the country from issues concerning health to energy. He has been able to bring this delegation as President of the International Parliament Foundation, an institution with limitless means, which was established by his own person with the final goal set to implement nutrition, education, and better living programs for countries that really need it. In an international context, to elaborate innovative proposals that are strategic in nature, to design public politics, elevate the quality of international debate and promote the formation of resources for humankind in every country.    The Foundation actively operates in a capacity of emergency aid during natural disasters, to help in alleviating the immediate problems produced by said disasters, all the while grabbing hold of the opportunity to bring conferences that will better help that society. With conferences, seminaries, workshops and trainings in areas of institutional democracy, rights, economic development, social nutrition, health, standard of living, nature, energy, public opinion, public transparency and science and technology.    In that way we can look at a true defender of human rights and are able to see that his agenda is solely based on those most in need in this world.
